Shipping Policy
Skyyrizon (“Skyyrizon,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) aims to provide clear, reliable delivery for every order placed on skyyrizon.com. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver products, and what you can expect between checkout and receipt. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
The information here applies to all orders unless a product page, in-cart notice, or email confirmation specifies a different arrangement (for example, special handling or pre-orders). If anything here conflicts with a written agreement between you and Skyyrizon, that agreement will control for the specific order(s).
Effective Date
September 10th, 2025
This Shipping Policy is effective as of September 10th, 2025. We may update it periodically to reflect changes in carriers, service levels, regulations, or internal processes. Any revisions will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated date; orders placed prior to an update will be handled under the earlier version in effect at the time of purchase.
Please review this page before completing your order to ensure you understand the most current terms. If you have questions about how a planned change may affect an in-progress order, contact us at info@skyyrizon.com with your order number.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. “Business days” are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays observed in Ontario, Canada. Processing includes verifying payment, confirming inventory, picking and packing, and preparing shipping labels.
Certain situations may extend processing beyond the standard window. Examples include pre-orders, backorders, made-to-order items, or unusually high order volumes (e.g., holiday promotions). If additional time is required, we will display an estimated ship date on the product page or notify you by email. Orders flagged for address or payment verification may be held while we contact you; please reply promptly to avoid delays.
Shipping Time
Standard delivery takes 6–10 business days. Transit time begins when the carrier scans your package and does not include processing time. Actual delivery times depend on destination, carrier network conditions, local postal hand-offs, and regional service levels. At this time, we do not offer guaranteed delivery dates for standard service.
For Canadian addresses in major urban centers, delivery typically trends toward the lower end of the range, while rural or remote areas may require additional days. U.S. and international deliveries may vary due to cross-border clearance and local carrier practices. Once an order ships, we cannot reroute packages or modify delivery addresses. If an incorrect or undeliverable address causes a return to sender, we will contact you with reship options (additional postage may apply) or refund the merchandise price less outbound shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, dimensions, and the selected service level. Unless otherwise noted, shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped. If your order ships in multiple parcels (e.g., items fulfilled from different facilities), you won’t be charged additional shipping beyond what is shown at checkout.
Free standard shipping applies to all order but other fees may apply. The threshold is calculated after discounts and promo codes and before taxes, duties, or fees. Oversized, heavy, or restricted items may be excluded from free-shipping promotions or may incur a surcharge; any such exceptions will be noted on the product page or at checkout. If you refuse or fail to claim a package and it returns to us, the original shipping cost and any return-to-sender fees may be deducted from your refund.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to selected countries shown at checkout. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, international orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means you are responsible for all import duties, taxes (including VAT/GST), and brokerage fees assessed by the destination country’s customs authority or the carrier.
Customs review can extend delivery timelines beyond standard estimates, and those processes are outside our control. If you refuse delivery because of duties/taxes or for any other reason, the package may (if permitted) return to us. After receipt and inspection, we will refund the merchandise price less outbound shipping, return shipping, and any carrier/customs fees we incurred. It is your responsibility to ensure items can be lawfully imported to your country and that the address is complete and accurate.
Delays
Skyyrizon is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, public health emergencies, carrier disruptions, labor strikes, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or other events beyond our reasonable control. During peak seasons (e.g., November–December), carriers may suspend guarantees or experience network congestion, which can extend delivery times.
If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please allow an extra 2–4 business days for domestic deliveries and 5–7 business days for cross-border shipments before contacting us. We will assist by reviewing the latest scans and, if needed, opening an investigation with the carrier. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier and jurisdiction. For lost or damaged shipments, email info@skyyrizon.com promptly with your order number and photos (if applicable); we’ll work with the carrier to file a claim. Replacement or refund eligibility is determined after the carrier’s investigation.
Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the first carrier scan. If you do not see the email, check your spam or promotions folder and add info@skyyrizon.com to your safe-sender.
You can monitor progress using the link in your email. Statuses such as “Label Created,” “In Transit,” “Out for Delivery,” and “Delivered” reflect the latest information from the carrier. If a package is marked Delivered but you cannot locate it, verify the shipping address, check with household members and neighbors, and look for delivery notices in common drop-off areas. If the package still cannot be located 48 hours after a delivered scan, contact us so we can open a trace with the carrier. While carriers may deny claims for packages scanned as delivered, we will support you through the investigation process and pursue available remedies.
